Where do I find my tracking number?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send your tracking number (AWB) by SMS, WhatsApp and email to the phone number and email you used at checkout. Copy that number and paste it in the box above.

When will I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number is created the moment your order is packed and handed to the courier, usually within 1 to 3 working days of placing your order. You will get it automatically, there is nothing you need to do.

My tracking number shows no updates yet. Why?

It can take 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for the courier to scan your parcel for the first time. If there is still no update after 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it for you.

How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Most orders reach metro cities in 3 to 5 working days and other locations in 5 to 8 working days after dispatch. Remote pin codes and festive rush periods can take a little longer.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We ship through our logistics partner iThink Logistics, which picks the most reliable courier for your pin code. Your one tracking number works no matter which courier partner carries the parcel.

The courier could not deliver my parcel. What now?

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier usually tries again. You may get a call, SMS or WhatsApp message to confirm a new time or your address. Please answer it, or message us with your order number and we will arrange a re-attempt.

Tracking says delivered, but I have not received it.

First check with family members, neighbours or your building security. If you still cannot find it, message us within 24 hours of the delivered status with your order number and we will raise it with the courier right away.

Can I change my delivery address after dispatch?

Once your order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch and we will update it for you.

I chose Partial COD. What should I keep ready?

You have already paid ₹399 online. Please keep the remaining amount (your order total minus ₹399) ready in cash when the courier arrives, so the handover is quick and easy.
