Welcome to Inaayaa. By browsing or placing an order on www.inaayaa.in, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

www.inaayaa.in is an online store for women's ethnic wear operated by Inaayaa, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Products and Colours

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and your screen settings. Minor variations in embroidery or print are a natural part of the craft and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept full online payment and Partial Cash on Delivery, where ₹399 is paid online at the time of ordering and the remaining amount is paid in cash on delivery. Fully prepaid orders receive an automatic 7% discount at checkout; this discount does not apply to Partial COD orders. The Partial COD advance is refunded if you cancel before dispatch or if we cancel your order, and is non-refundable if a dispatched order is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect details. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We reserve the right to change prices or offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incomplete delivery details. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

We ship only within India, with free shipping on every order. Delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Exchanges

We offer a 5-day exchange and do not offer refunds. Full conditions are in our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions mentioned, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Reviews and Content You Submit

When you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may moderate or remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photos, designs, text, logos and graphics, belongs to Inaayaa and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inaayaa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms
