Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Inaayaa Exclusive Membership (the "Membership") sold on www.inaayaa.in.

1. Price and validity

  • The Membership costs ₹299 for 12 months (365 days) from the date the membership order is fully paid.
  • The Membership must be bought as a separate order and paid fully online. It cannot be bought with Cash on Delivery or Partial COD.
  • Benefits start once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

2. Account

  • The Membership is linked to the email address used at checkout. Log in with the same email to see member prices and use your benefits.
  • The Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another account.

3. Benefits

  • Member Price: an extra 5% off on eligible products, applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in. It can be combined with the 7% prepaid discount on fully prepaid orders. There is no maximum cap.
  • 48-hour Early Access: members can shop selected new launches up to 48 hours before everyone else.
  • Priority Dispatch: member orders are dispatched within 24 working hours where stock allows.
  • 10-Day Exchange: members can request a size or product exchange within 10 days of delivery (instead of the standard 5 days). All other exchange conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy still apply.
  • Birthday Surprise: ₹300 off one order during your birthday month. Your birthday is collected when you join and cannot be changed later.
  • Priority WhatsApp Help: member queries on +91 88667 22230 are answered first.

4. Orders, cancellations and refusals

  • All other orders placed by members follow our standard Returns & Refund Policy, including Partial COD and refused-delivery rules.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are made on the amount actually paid after all discounts.

5. Refunds of the Membership fee

  • The Membership fee is non-refundable once the Membership is activated.
  • If you are charged twice for the Membership by mistake, the extra payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • If the membership order is refunded, all Membership benefits end immediately.

6. Expiry

  • After 365 days, member prices and all other benefits stop. You can buy a new Membership to continue.

7. Changes

  • Inaayaa may update the Membership benefits, price or these terms. Any change will be shown on this page and will not reduce benefits already paid for during an active Membership.
